With that in mind, I have set up my business structure just a bit differently.

I work strictly by appointment, so you will not have to wait in line or compete with walk-in customers for my attention. This approach allows me to focus fully on you and your project while managing production efficiently to complete every job accurately and on time.

A Note on Communication & Your Project:

Focused Production:
Because I am personally operating the machinery and managing client appointments throughout the day, I do not answer live telephone calls. When you call, please leave a detailed voicemail. I check messages daily and “I will” return your call promptly during my dedicated administrative hours which vary from day to day. Also, please let me know if you would like a return call in the evening. I often work until 8pm.

To give you my full attention, choose a convenient time on the calendar below to secure your free one-on-one appointment.

Submitting Your Logo Safely:
If I am digitizing your business branding or custom artwork, please use the secure upload form to the right to attach your clean .jpg, .tiff, .pdf, or .png files safely ahead of our meeting. Also, since I have little control of the upload feature here, I recommend you leave a voicemail message letting me know to be watching for it.
